Steve made a motion to pay bills. Second by Todd.  All present in favor. Bills presented for payment are as follows:  Lake Region Electric $32.71 for electric at town hall,  Dan Oelfke $4,375.00 for 35 hours of road blading , Levi Miller $213.00 for 71 gophers, Becker County Hwy Dept for a culvert $736.56, City of Frazee $8,241.50 for fire contract & $3,114.59 for Capital Improvements Fund, Midwest Specialties $21,384 for 1782 yds of Class 5 gravel,  Scott Ulschmid $87.50 for cell and mileage reimburse, Steve Wilkowski Jr $105.00 for mileage and cell reimburse, Todd Holmer $77.50 for cell and mileage reimburse, Betty Janke $50.00 for computer reimburse, Rana Holmer $195.00 for computer & mileage reimburse, and $2,919.62 in total board wages.  Todd motion to transfer $42,000 from savings to checking.  All present in favor.

We received a thank you from Frazee Rescue for the donation.   Todd motion to accept the fire contract with Frazee Fire Department, second by Scott.  All present in favor.  Demographics information shows population estimate of township as 402 with 125 households.  These numbers are comparable to past years..  Steve mentioned that we will be gaining a household since Wendy Beaver has given some land to her daughter who will be building a house off of Cty Rd 41.

Todd said that east end of 120th(former minimum maintenance road) looks done, just needs SLOW sign put up.  Wish the ditches were a little deeper on south side, but appears that underground wires were the problem.  Ross Hetherington called and thought the road looked good.  Todd did mention the issue of speed on the road and him and Ken Rader think it is the Fed Ex driver.

Todd has completed the 1st weed tours on June 2.  Sent 7 notices, 6 were for Common Tansy and 1 Wormwood.  Tansy is becoming a bigger issue.

Supervisors discussed raising the Fire Road and then graveling it.  Todd felt that if we wanted to spend that kind of money on the road we should have an agreement with Andrew Ingvalson on him allowing us to use the irrigation hook up.  Would hate to spend the money and then Andrew says we can’t use it anymore.

Supervisors discussed which roads to gravel.  Todd motion to gravel 470th Ave 250 yds, Fire Road 200 yds, do now since it is drier out, 410th Ave 250 yds, 100th st (West of Cty 39), 1,000 yds.  Second by Steve.  Steve mentioned several township roads needing work where they meet Hwy 87.  He will check with MnDot.

Having no further business, Steve made a motion to adjourn.  All present in favor.

Respectfully submitted, Rana Holmer, Clerk
