Todd suggested that the board go through the building and decide what we will be keeping and what can be disposed of.  Todd can store signs and etc in the turkey barn if needed.

Betty mentioned she has a full box of old records and wondering what to dispose of or if they go to Historical Museum.  Rana said she would get ahold of her with the disposition dates and help her go through the paperwork.

Having no further business, Todd made a motion to adjourn. Brett second. All present in favor.

Respectfully submitted, Rana Holmer, Clerk
