Todd talked to Merle and he is done hauling gravel on our roads for this year.  Also sent did one more weed tour and sprayed Tansy & Knapweed in ditches on 460th Ave.  This road definitely needs its ditches sprayed professionally next year.  Did send 3 more weed notices over to the County.  Left a voicemail for Dwight Drewes regarding snowplowing this winter, but have had no response back yet.  No beavers have been caught yet on Collette Creek.

Scott went to the District meeting in Alexandria.  He said Vance Bachmann was re-elected for our District.  They also mentioned at the meeting to make sure new employees are listed on our insurance for MAT.  Mat is trying to get the Spring short course back to in person in 2023.  Only 1 politician was present and he was for counties farther south of Becker. He talked to Vance regarding the culvert on 100th st.  Corliss had the DNR reevaluate the culvert needs in that area.  They have now said it is just a catch basin and the estimate is more like $25,000-35,000 for replacement using a 4 ft culvert.

Todd also mentioned borrowing the road closed signs to close 430th Ave while he cuts some dead trees in the ditch.  He also mentioned moving our road closed signs to our turkey barn for storage as he has noticed that someone has been messing around by the town hall.

Having no further business, Steve made a motion to adjourn.  All present in favor.

Respectfully submitted, Rana Holmer, Clerk
