Rana handed out the MAT membership cards.  Mentioned how we had a letter from Auditor Treasurer office with a list of people interested in being an election judge from the major political parties.  We are to give them preference.  I called the person on there and she is not interested in being a judge.  We received another letter from Mid Minnesota Credit Union wanting our business.  Minnesota State Demographic Center sent annual population and household estimates.  It showed we are down 7 people and same number of households as last year.  Note changes to May Minutes that there should be weight limit signs on 100th St west of 39 on both ends, so an additional 2 signs.

Todd received a call on 5/24 from Jim Rader saying how great 120th st east of 41 looks after all the rain we have had.  Todd also looked at the culvert on 120th st east of Ken Rader’s and really sees no benefit to a culvert in the spot where the existing damaged culvert is.  Merle called and has had trouble getting crushing done with all the rain, but has started hauling on Cedar.  Also did first weed tour and sent 5 notices.  Weeds of the year seem to be thistles, Spotted knapweed, Common Tansy and Wormwood.  On 6/6 Bonnie Korth called saying the post office sent her a letter regarding a pot hole on the township road by her mailbox.  Todd & Rana filled the hole with gravel.  If we have extra money this year that little stretch of road could use a little gravel.  Todd motion to spraying brush and noxious weeds in ditches again this year.  Scott and Brett both second it , agreeing we should keep up with it.  Todd mentioned the weight limit signs have been ordered, but are on back order for at least 6 weeks.

Having no further business, Todd made a motion to adjourn. Scott second.  All present in favor.

Respectfully submitted, Rana Holmer, Clerk
