On 5/26 Steve asked Todd to check roads after wind storm evening prior. Todd & Rana found 6 trees to remove from roads. Todd reported beaver are back in Collette Creek culvert and had Jeff trap again and he got 2 more. Todd noted chimney cover is also off the Town Hall roof. Todd did first weed tour and sent 7 notices for knapweed, thistles and common tansy. Todd talked to Merle and he is getting more gravel crushed and will start hauling again. Merle said he didn’t get enough on 150th or 120th yet. Todd told him that 150th looked fine and to not worry about more on there, but 120th will need more. When flagging for gravel noted soft area on 100th street east of Fir could use some and 410th needs more gravel on the north end of road.
Steve did get a hold of Torey Sonnenberg and he will have his wife call the insurance company to send us the paperwork. He will contact us prior to clipping to get a map of our township.
Discussed which road to put gravel on next. Todd motion 460th (Jepson) for 2,000 yds and Steve second.
Having no further business, Steve made a motion to adjourn. All present in favor.
Respectfully submitted, Rana Holmer, Clerk
