Todd called Dan regarding reclaiming shoulders on 140/440th. Talked to Merle recently and was about done on 140/440th. The Amish living on the old Drewes place stopped over inquiring about a permit to open a butcher shop, sent them to the county zoning for one. Steve Malikowski owns land on west end of 110th st and was inquiring where township road ends and his begins. He is tired of people turning around in the yard. Todd and Rana measured it per the recorded road information and found it is on the the east side of the culvert and lines up with the fence line running north. Gave an overweight permit to Lee Ingvalson for cement trucks and building supply trucks to get to his building site on 120th st. He was informed to use county rd 39 to 120th st to minimize heavy traffic on the road. Ross Hetherington on east end of 120th st said the road doesn’t need to be bladed every time the rest of the roads are done. He will call us when it needs to be done. Todd reported doing first weed inspection with 2 notices sent out and 1 of them already being turned over to the county.
Supervisors discussed which roads to gravel next and agreed upon 100th st – 200yds in area east of Fir and Todd will mark it, then 430th Ave-750 yds and middle section of 120th st -750 yds and 36 yds on east end of 120th st(old minimum maintenance portion). Todd will let Merle know and have Dan reclaim shoulders on 430th and 120th(center section).
Rana reported LREC capital credit allocation notice arrived with a cumulative balance of $362.42 and the State Demographic Annual notice for 2019 showed a population estimate of 375 with an estimated 130 households.
Having no further business, Steve made a motion to adjourn. All present in favor.
Respectfully submitted, Rana Holmer, Clerk
