Evergreen Township Minutes January 11, 2021

The Evergreen Township Board met January 11^th for their regular meeting at Todd & Rana’s  home. Present were: Betty Janke, Rana & Todd Holmer, Scott Ulschmid, &  Steve Wilkowski Jr.

Todd called the meeting to order. The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved as read.

Betty read her treasurer’s report of money paid out, money received, money on hand in savings and checking. Balance on hand is $146,298.62.  Todd made a motion to approve the treasurer’s report. Second by Steve. All present in favor.

Todd made a motion to pay bills. Second by Steve. All present in favor. Bills presented for payment are as follows: Lake Region Electric $11.17 for electric at town hall,  Dennis Drewes Inc $1836 for 17 hours snow plowing, Becker County Assn of Townships $622.30 for dues, Wes Hegna #3300 for assessing, IRS $257.38 for 944 for 2020, MN Assn of Townships $1232.00 for liability insurance for 2021 & $316 for Workmen’s Comp, Rana Holmer $16.00 for reimbursement of website domain and privacy protection annual renewal, Tom Golkowski $1067 for 388 gophers.  No transfer needed this month since Becker County deposits into our checking account.

Todd talked with Roger Quittschreiber regarding the townships policy on adding in an approach.  He is looking at selling a piece of pasture ground off of 110^th st.  Todd told him an 18” culvert would be required.  Also received a call from Sue Rux on 12/24 regarding when road would be plowed.  Dwight was working on it when she called.  Steve mentioned Phil Mickelson called regarding the road being plowed earlier for their employees.  Their road is one of the first ones plowed, the board needs to be telling Dwight to go out a little earlier.

Having no further business, Steve made a motion to adjourn.  All present in favor.
