Received a request from Frazee Fire Department for our Annual meeting with them and proposed date is January 27th from 6-8. We can discuss next month who is planning to go. Received 2 letters from Becker County Zoning with a hearing on 12/18 regarding feedlots and regulating cannabis and one 12/3 regarding the Comprehensive Land Use Plan. Todd also completed his annual noxious weed report for the County Ag Inspector. We did 6 tours and sent 20 notice 1’s, 2 contacts with MNDOT and did 4 verbal notifications to landowners.
Todd received a call from someone saying our stop ahead sign on north end of 460th was hit again. Todd asked Grant Graham to give us 2 estimates on the townhall. One quote to remove the whole thing with the foundation cleaned up and one with just the foundation cleanup. We will then have a better idea of the costs in case the Pioneer Grounds is able to get the building. Brett mentioned that Levi Miller bought some land on 120th st dead end from Craig Bruns. He may ask about putting an approach in for better access.
Having no further business, Todd made a motion to adjourn. All present in favor.
Respectfully submitted, Rana Holmer, Clerk
