Rana stated the MAT officers list needs to be updated and sent in by 12/31.  MN Assn of Townships Insurance Trust has changed the coverage year from July 1 to June 30.  We have received an extension of coverage through June 30, 2023 with no additional cost.  MATIT also changed work comp payroll audit to online format this year and now require a copy of the W-3.   Received a letter from MN Pollution control regarding a virtual hearing on February 16 regarding proposed amendments to rules governing water quality standards.  Also received a call from Craig Bishop regarding IRS 944 issue.  He stated that it should be cleared up in the next couple weeks.  Reported that Marsha Watland has now retired as the County Ag Inspector.  Brandon Gill has been hired and training with her all summer.

Todd received a call from Ross Hetherington regarding no fall ditch clipping on his road.  Todd called Jeremy and it was due to the underground electric line flags along the road due to the summer construction on the road.  Jeremy will try to come back and clip it.  For future reference we will need to make sure all flagging is removed from road right of ways after construction.  Also noticed that the old field approach on 120th st was being used during harvest, so added a fence post in the middle.  Grant Graham also called back regarding missing road signs on 100th st.  Supervisors decided to wait until spring.  Joyce Palmer also talked to Todd regarding Dwight knocking the mailbox down.  Todd went and measured and it is only 36” so it is 6” too short to meet the mailbox requirements.  Merle Hough also called to wish the board a Merry Christmas.

The board presented Steve with a sign thanking him for his years of service and “declaring” it Steve Wilkowski Jr day!

Having no further business, Steve made a motion to adjourn.  All present in favor.

Respectfully submitted, Rana Holmer, Clerk
