Steve called the meeting to order. The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved as read.

Steve made a motion to pay bills. Second by Todd. All present in favor. The Annual Weed Meeting is March 26th in Callaway. Supervisor’s will decide later if anyone is going to be able to attend. All Day Spring Short Course in Mahnomen on March 31st. We can text prior to see who is able to go.
Annual Meeting tomorrow night at 7pm at Rana and Todd’s.
The County Association annual meeting is April 15th at 7. We can decide at April meeting if anyone is attending. We received a map from Arvig regarding the fiber optics that hopefully will be installed in our township this summer. Becker County zoning sent some updates which apply to mostly lake shore properties.
Todd received a call from Dwight on 2/17 regarding plowing. Todd told him to leave it alone. On 2/18 received a call from Ernie Jepson that the north end of 460th was slippery and wanted salt on it. Told him salt can not be put on a gravel road and that we would check it out. Next day Todd and Rana drove it and felt it wasn’t that bad and that people were probably driving too fast for conditions. Dan Oelfke called Todd regarding if he needed to come to the annual meeting. Todd didn’t feel he needed to and Dan is charging same as last year $100/per hour.
Supervisor’s read the updated snow policy and approved it. A copy will be placed on the website. Supervisor’s also approved the road agreement with Spruce Grove Township since no one has been able to find the previous one and it possibly was a handshake policy. We will mail a copy to them for signature.
Supervisor’s also approved and signed the mowing contract with LM Road Services for the 2020 year.
Having no further business, Steve made a motion to adjourn. All present in favor.
Respectfully submitted, Rana Holmer, Clerk
