Todd reported that Grant Graham called and is planning to locate tomorrow and will then move Minimum Maintenance sign from 120th to 440th by Korth’s, and place culvert markers on 450th and 120th that got missed last year.  Todd did try to fix on 120th by his driveway where the gravel had been gouged out and into the ditch during snow plowing, but the road seems soft now so it is flagged.  Also did an overweight permit for Doran Downer to haul wood on 460th, probably won’t be overweight but wanted to be safe.  Sent 7 weed notices out to residents and notified a neighboring township of a weed issue in their township.  While doing weed inspections noticed a wet spot on the road by Rodeman’s driveway on 460th Ave, looks like it needs gravel.  Also wondered about possibly closing 110th st to the west of Cty 39 since no one resides there in the winter, we will look into it this fall.  Also noticed that Malikowski and Schultz’s need to move some things to make it easier for the snow plowing.  The 100th st shoulders have been pulled in by Dan too.  Todd mentioned a noise complaint regarding some bands playing back in the woods off of Hwy 87 over the Memorial Day weekend.  Notified the police, but not really an issue they want to handle.

Steve did contact LREC regarding the trees on Balsam.  They will send the tree crew out.

Supervisor’s discussed gravel needs.  Steve motioned to do 100th st 1750 yds from our line to Malikowski’s road, also 250 yds on Mailkowski’s road.  Two soft spots on 150th– 36 yds, 470th– 250yds, and 120th st from Cty rd 41 to 440th– 600yds.  Second by Todd,  All present in favor.

Scott reported that the Recycle Meeting shows and increase of 280 tons since 2016 for the county.  They are looking at more storage in order to ship certain quantities and also checking into recycling mattresses as there is a need for that.  This is the last year that the Ag Plastic bins will be out.

Supervisors discussed postponing making a decision on the culvert extensions on 140th st until after July meeting and the gravel expense will be done.  Todd will check with Drewes after next meeting if we decide to extend it.

Having no further business, Steve made a motion to adjourn.  All present in favor.

Respectfully submitted, Rana Holmer, Clerk
