Rana mentioned the District 9 Special meeting is on Wednesday Dec 18 in Underwood. This is to elect for Loren Engebretson’s position since the person who was elected to replace died unexpectedly in November. No one is able to attend that night.
Todd had checked with Dwight on snow plowing this year, probably a good thing since he has plowed twice already. Dwight having relatively few issues this year. Stanley Malikowski’s mailbox is still an issue and little bit too much crown on the road otherwise all good so far.
Rana discussed the upcoming Presidential Primary and the election judges needing to do more training for it. Got a date from Betty and will check with Julie to see what works for her. Sounds like there will be 4 ballots being mailed to each resident. They are to only vote on 1 ballot and return it. If they vote on more than 1 then they are all spoiled ballots.
Rana showed Betty the letter from MN Assn of Townships since they are looking for Treasurers and Clerks that would be interested in training at the Spring Short Courses.
Having no further business, Todd made a motion to adjourn. All present in favor.
Respectfully submitted, Rana Holmer, Clerk
