Evergreen Township Minutes December 10, 2018

 

The Evergreen Township Board met December 10^th for their regular meeting at Betty Janke’s home. Present were: Betty Janke, Rana & Todd Holmer, Steve Wilkowski Jr., Scott Ulschmid, & Dwight Drewes

 

Steve called the meeting to order. The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved as read.

 

Betty read her treasurer’s report of money paid out, money received, money on hand in savings and checking. Balance on hand is $61,249.85.  Todd made a motion to approve the treasurer’s report. Second by Scott. All present in favor.

 

Steve made a motion to pay bills. Second by Todd. All present in favor. Bills presented for payment are as follows:  Lake Region Electric $25.68, or electric at town hall, MN Assn of Townships $292 for work comp ins, Dennis Drewes Inc $580 for winter retainer and 1 lawn mowing, Scott Ulschmid $ 102.50 for mileage and cell reimburse, Steve Wilkowski Jr $105.00 for mileage and cell reimburse, Todd Holmer $77.50 for mileage and cell reimburse, Betty Janke $60.00 for mileage and computer reimburse, Rana Holmer $160.00 for computer and mileage reimburse, PERA $220 for quarterly DCP and $2058.09 in total board wages.  Todd motion to transfer $3700 second by Scott. All present in favor.

Rana mentioned we have to now pass a resolution as to our polling place location for this next years elections.  Steve motion to have Becker County Courthouse as our polling place again and Todd second.  

Scott found his agenda from when he went to the County Association Meeting.  He noted there was 16 speakers and that they were also looking at an open house for the new jail either the end of December or in January.

 

Having no further business, Steve made a motion to adjourn.  All present in favor.
