Rana mentioned talking to Blake Jepson regarding expanding an approach on 430th. Blake’s uncle Brett talked to Todd the next day and they now want to move the approach farther south than the existing approach and would be about 50’ wide. Todd told them it would need a culvert if moving it to a new location. Brad Mack talked to Rana regarding an overweight permit to haul his round bales out from land he rents on 140th st. He will not be over the 5 ton per axle requirement, but did ask him to take 140th to 450th where the curve has been designed for trucks. Andy Mast zoning request was discussed. Board has no issues with his request. Received Evergreen Township 2020 Town Aid Notice from the MN Dept of Revenue. Our 2020 aid will be $6,385. Received information from Becker County Auditor Treasurer office. Sent a second request for them to update our summer meeting location to Todd & Rana’s residence, confirmed our mail in ballot precinct at the Courthouse, gave them our township e- mail address.
Merle still hauling on 460th and has about 11 loads left on 450th/140th. He is waiting until it is bladed out and worked in a little before finishing it. He still has all the other locations left to haul to.
Todd left a message for Dave Sorenson on 7/20 regarding his mailbox location on 120th st. Also received a complaint about no gravel on 120th st yet. Called Arlen Huwe regarding gravel issue since they are supposed to maintain that portion, he said they would gravel it this year yet. Todd and Rana marked all the remaining roads for graveling. Completed 2 more weed tours. Plenty of Spotted Knapweed in our ditches, may need to spray next year.
Rana informed that the Road & Bridge levy that was tabled needs to be decided at the September meeting.
Having no further business, Steve made a motion to adjourn. All present in favor.
Respectfully submitted, Rana Holmer, Clerk
