Todd did talk to Andrew Ingvalson regarding the attachment on his irrigation system where the fire department could get water.  Andrew checked with the DNR and they were ok with it as long as they keep track of gallons they use.  Todd has an email into Albert Doll with Frazee Fire Department.  He said Perham has used Northern Irrigation in Perham.  They don’t want to give us much info due to Andrew using a different company.  Todd will contact Andrew regarding the company and contact them for an estimate.

Todd also contacted Jona Jacobson with the Becker County Hwy Dept and Height of Land Township regarding Dan’s blading and crown on the road.  He said they like his work and don’t feel the crown is too high on their roads.

Todd reported that Merle has contacted him and is ready to start hauling.  Todd did a road check and asked Dan what roads he felt needed gravel.  The first road they both felt was 150th st off of 460th Ave (River Road). The second road is finishing 140th , 440th to Hwy 87.  Dan also mentioned a soft spot on 100th st near Fir.  Third on Todd’s list is 120th st from hill by Todd’s to 440th Ave.  It was also noted by Todd and Steve that there is a dip over a culvert on 440th south of town hall and Todd noted one on 460th ave. north of 150th st.  Supervisor’s all agreed to do 150th St with 1,000 yds gravel and have Dan due shoulders prior to gravel hauling first and then next month decide the next roads.

Having no further business, Steve made a motion to adjourn.  All present in favor.

Respectfully submitted, Rana Holmer, Clerk
