Evergreen Township Minutes December 8, 2025
The Evergreen Township Board met December 8th for their regular meeting at St. Paul’s Evergreen Church. Present were: Betty Janke, Rana & Todd Holmer, Brett Jepson & Scott Ulschmid.
Todd called the meeting to order. The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved as read.
Betty read her treasurer’s report of money paid out, money received, money on hand in savings and checking. Balance on hand is $244,807.05. Todd made a motion to approve the treasurer’s report. Second by Scott. All present in favor.
Todd made a motion to pay bills. Second by Scott. All present in favor. Bills presented for payment are as follows: Scott Ulschmid $77.50 for mileage and cell reimburse, Brett Jepson $77.50 for mileage and cell reimburse, Todd Holmer $155.00 for mileage, chainsaw and cell reimburse, Betty Janke $50.00 for computer, PERA $222.50 for quarterly DCP, Graham Excavating LLC $450.00 for cleaning Collette Creek culvert on 120th St, Rana Holmer $125.00for computer reimburse, Dan Oelfke $3075 for road blading, MN Association of Townships $390.00 for Annual Work Comp Coverage, $2081.48 in total board wages. No transfer needing in checking account due to Tax Distribution deposited by Becker County. Todd motion to transfer $35,000 to the savings account in order to get better interest. Second by Brett.
Rana mentioned that there is a CTAS update that requires Windows 11. Our computer is currently a Windows 10 and not sure it can be updated. She will ask her boys when they are out next. If it can’t be updated, we will need a new computer.
On November 12 Todd informed that Grant Graham cleaned out the culvert on 120th st from all the beaver dam debris that has built up over the years. Grant was able to move some debris out and the remaining is loose and should move through in the Spring. On November 26 Dan called Todd about plowing the couple inches we had received, told him we didn’t need to be plowed out this time.
Having no further business, Todd made a motion to adjourn. All present in favor.
