Reopened the Annual Meeting to set Road & Bridge Levy:  After a discussion on road conditions and the fact that we raised it last year.  Todd motioned to leave the road & bridge levy at $75,000, second by Scott.  Rana motion to adjourn Annual Meeting all in favor.

Todd reported on 8/12 Blake Jepson wanting to add a larger approach on 430th south of the existing approach.  He will need a culvert in the new location.  On 8/27 Buck Jepson called with concern of crown on 460th being too steep on the curve.  Todd and Rana checked it and it was partly due to gravel being hauled on the road and not bladed out yet, so not a problem.  On 9/6 checked the east portion of 120th st and still no new gravel, left voicemail for Arlen Huwe. On 9/7 Merle Hough stopped with his bill and stated he only had 110th st left to haul on and would finish that this week.  Planning to haul next year.   On 9/8 Arlen called and stated they were having a hard time finding someone to get the gravel hauled this year on their roads.  Todd told him he could try Merle to see if he could do it.  On 9/9 Todd has had to clean the culvert on Collette Creek due to beaver dams. He contacted Steve and he will try and trap them.  Steve noted that is appears that water is going around the culvert.  We will need to watch it.  Todd & Rana also noticed the fence on Quade’s that is on the north side of 140th should be removed for winter.  Rana will send them a letter.

Scott reported that the District Meeting was mostly a farewell to Loren Engebretson and brought a copy of Loren’s last poem.

Having no further business, Steve made a motion to adjourn.  All present in favor.

Respectfully submitted, Rana Holmer, Clerk
